Located at 1,300 metres above sea level, this group accommodation for 15 to 68 people provides a great setting to spend time in nature. Rented exclusively to your group, you have the flexibility to plan your stay exactly as you wish.
Cooking and eating together, as well as exploring the mountain surroundings, helps strengthen the group community. Waking up to clear mountain views and enjoying fresh spring water adds to the authentic experience of staying in South Tyrol.
Flexible room layouts and facilities: Organising a church youth retreat or a scout training weekend requires adaptable facilities. Our 17 rooms, featuring a mix of bunk, single, and double beds with private showers and WCs, make it easy for leaders to arrange accommodation. The two common rooms offer practical spaces for workshops, planning sessions, or relaxed evening activities.
The professional kitchen is ideal for self-catering youth groups. It is spacious enough to prepare meals for up to 68 people, making cooking a shared task. With over 40 years of experience hosting groups, we have ensured the house meets the practical needs of group leaders and participants.
Plenty of space for outdoor activities: The extensive meadows and outdoor areas around the farm allow scout groups and youth clubs to easily run their own programmes. From morning activities to an evening match on the private football pitch, there is plenty of space. Set back from busy roads, the location offers a safe environment for young people to explore.
In the evening, the party room is a popular gathering spot. Equipped with a sound system, table tennis, and foosball, it offers excellent entertainment. The space is also well-suited for music bands looking for accommodation where they can rehearse without disturbing others.
